Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
Because fabric is cut to order, processing time may vary slightly during busy periods. We will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rats
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8 for all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders over $100 will ship free.
A flat shipping rate of $15 is applied for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Times
3-7 business days for standard U.S. shipping (varies by location).
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been fulfilled.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers within the Cedar City, UT area.
Pickup details:
- Orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
- Pickup instructions and location details will be included in your confirmation email

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we're always happy to help guide you through the process.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you noticed an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
