Refund policy
All Sales Are Final on Cut Fabrics
Because all fabric is custom cut to your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check your order carefully before completing checkout, including:
- Fabric selection
- Quantity/yardage (sold by the 1/4 yard)
- Shipping or pickup details
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While all sales are final, we want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup.
We may request photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it appropriately. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Color & Fabric Variation
We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all fabrics, but please not:
- Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Fabric dye lots may vary slightly between cuts
- Natural variations in weave or texture may occur
- Woven fabrics often have small "specks" in the yarns, this is normal and not considered a defect
Order Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately and we will do our best tor best to help if the order has not yet been cut.
Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup orders are subject to the same policy. Please inspect your order at pickup and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
